The 2024 Cancer Advocacy and Awareness Essay Competition (CAANEC) is now accepting entries from Nigerians in senior secondary school.
This competition, which is organized by the PATELA Care Foundation in association with several partners, attempts to inform and empower young people about cancer advocacy, research, and awareness.
Students who participate have the chance to learn important information about cancer prevention while also having the chance to positively impact their communities.

Requirements for the Patela Care Foundation Essay Competition
- Be a senior secondary school student
- Submit a handwritten essay of at least 500 words
- Submit a passport photograph
