According to the speaker, early grade reading (EGR) and early grade mathematics (EGMA) have been implemented in schools in northern Nigeria where Hausa is spoken. So, why can't we appreciate and preserve what we have in our small corner of the world?

Topics covered included early grade mathematics implementation, Yorùbá lesson planning, indigenous
language importance in education, language's role in teaching, leadership instruction, and teacher support.

Adenegan, who introduced mathematical drama into his teaching technique, emphasized the importance of using indigenous resources to improve classroom instruction and learning outcomes. Language choice is a key component.
