The Oyo State government previously announced the recruitment of 7,000 primary school teachers, a major boost to the education sector. 


This action is a component of the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde's initiatives to enhance state education.

Prince Dotun Oyelade, the Oyo State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, stated to reporters today, Friday, October 4, 2024, that the job letters for the 7,000 selected individuals will be sent out by the end of this month.

Out of the 46,000 Primary School Teachers who took the Computer-Based Test, the Commissioner stated that 7,000 of them will receive employment letters before the end of this month.
