Wema Bank and Mastercard grants for student entrepreneurs and youths


The Wema Bank, Mastercard, & EDC Nigerian Youths and Students Program provides comprehensive training and support to young Nigerian entrepreneurs, with a concentration on female entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35 years.

Participants will be armed with the tools and expertise they need to succeed in today's competitive business landscape thanks to a combination of enterprise training, grant access, market access support, and customized mentoring.

The curriculum includes a 15-day, self-paced virtual training designed to provide participants with critical business skills, as well as interactive workshops and seminars to help them understand and apply what they've learned.

The program culminates with a major pitchathon, in which participants will present their company ideas to a panel of respectable judges.

This final step not only shows participants' innovations but also provides important feedback and the opportunity to win grant prizes or acquire additional mentorship and funding opportunities from possible investors attending the pitchathon event.
