The Muslim Scholarship Fund in Nigeria (MSFN) is currently open and has started receiving applications. It was established in 1999.

This fund was formally referred to as the Muslim Education Trust Fund. The MSFN was founded in response to the serious economic hardship in Nigeria, which was having untoward effects on the educational and moral standards of Nigerian Muslim youths.

The scholarship is currently limited to students from the following states of Nigeria: KWARA, KOGI, LAGOS, OGUN, OYO, OSUN, ONDO, EDO, and EKITI.

Benefits of Muslim Scholarship Fund 2025 for Nigerian Students

We will be giving undergraduate students N120,000 per year, while secondary school students get N40,000 per year.

The scholarship amounts may be reviewed annually, depending on the economic situation in Nigeria.

Requirements for Muslim Scholarship Fund 2025 for Nigerian Students

To be qualified for the Muslim Scholarship Fund for 2025, you MUST:

Be a Muslim student

Be registered in (or have received admission to) a tertiary institution or senior secondary school.

Must be ready to participate actively in volunteer efforts beneficial to the Muslim community, such as teaching young people in coaching classes, helping the elderly, actively participating in MSS activities, etc. 

MUST have a Muslim leader in the community or school to attest to these volunteer activities.
