The Oyo State Civil Service Commission has announced the timeline for the distribution of appointment letters to individuals successfully recruited into the civil service.

This process is scheduled as follows:
On Friday, January 24, 2025, candidates for the positions of Administrative Officer, Accountant, Agricultural Officer, and Education Officer will collect their letters.

On Monday, January 27, 2025, those appointed as Animal Health Technologist, Assistant Social Welfare Officer, Auditor, Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Environmental Health Officer, Forest Officer, Geologist, Higher Agricultural Technologist, Higher Cooperative Officer, Higher Environmental Health Technologist, Higher Estate Officer, Higher Executive Officer (in Accounts, Audit, Culture, and General Duties), as well as Surveyor, Tourism Officer, and Youth Development Officer/Assistant may collect their letters.
On Tuesday, January 28, 2025, Higher Executive Officers (in Information and Public Relations, Tourism), Higher Programme Officers, Higher Statistical Officers, Higher Technical Officers (in Building, Civil, Electrical, Exploration, Mechanical, Surveyor, and Town Planning) will collect their letters along with Information Officers, Inspectors of Taxes, Lands Officers, Social Welfare Officers, and State Counsel.

While congratulating the successful candidates, Alh. Chief Aderibigbe encouraged them to maintain order during the collection of their appointment letters.
He also emphasized that no one will be permitted to collect appointment letters on behalf of others and noted that the Commissioners will be present to oversee the process.
He concluded by praying for the Executive Governor of the State, His Excellency Governor Seyi Makinde, FNSE, DSc, GSSRS, thanking him for the unique opportunity of this unprecedented recruitment initiative in Oyo State's history.
He prayed for God's blessing upon the Governor, asking for eternal grace and good health for a successful term in office and future endeavors.
