Dr. Adeniran tasked the new teachers with being innovative and embracing newer techniques and approaches to information delivery.
Adeniran, who reiterated the Board's zero tolerance for examination misconduct, indicated that the new instructors' appointments will take effect on January 1st, 2025.
He did, however, mention that roughly 12 local governments have become overloaded with teachers while others are understaffed and that redistribution will be done to ensure equity and justice.
Dr. Adeniran urged newly hired teachers to demonstrate national devotion, a high level of honesty, and professional diligence in their jobs.
"Young teachers are expected to be innovative, adaptable, talented, and progressive. We encourage you to be imaginative, and I urge you to be the teacher of this generation and the game-changing teacher of the future," he said.
