The Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, through Lagos State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) has publicly announced that the Lagos state teachers recruitment portal has been officially opened to allow eligible individuals to apply for entry-level teaching jobs in Lagos.
The portal was opened on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, and will be closed on Monday, July 14, 2025.
By calculations, this implies that the portal will be open for two weeks and all interested and qualified applicants called to apply via the platform provided by the Lagos State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM).

Who is qualified to apply for Lagos state teachers recruitment released by TESCOM
The Lagos State Teaching Service Commission teaching job is only open to candidates with NCE, Degree in Education and other requisite qualifications to apply for entry-level positions at Grade Level 08.
As an applicant, you are advised to complete and successfully submit your application forms within the two-week registration windon.

Accepted academic qualifications
- Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE)
- First Degree in Education, such as: B.Ed, B.Sc (Ed)
- B.A (Ed) in fields like Arts, Sciences, Social Sciences, Technology, or Home Economics
- B.A, B.Sc., B.Eng, B.Tech
- HND with Technical Teachers Certificate (TTC)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) (optional but advisable)
