Presidential Amnesty Scholarship 2025 Requirements
- Recipients must be individuals from one of the following states: Niger Delta States, Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Ondo, Imo, or Rivers.
- Applicants should be at least 16 years old.
- Undergraduate candidates must have taken the 2025 UTME or be first-time entrants into 100-level programs for the 2025/2026 academic year.
- Those awaiting results for WAEC or NECO exams are not eligible.
- To continue receiving the undergraduate scholarship each academic year, recipients must achieve a minimum average CGPA of 2.5 on a 5.0 scale or 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.

All applicants who meet the eligibility criteria for the Presidential Amnesty Scholarship 2025 should not participate in any misconduct or violate the regulations set by PAP. The Presidential Amnesty Programme holds the authority to revoke the scholarship in instances of misconduct or if the information provided is determined to be false or deceptive.
