The admission list for the 2025/2026 academic year at the University of Ibadan (UI) has been officially released on JAMB CAPS.
This announcement serves to inform all individuals who took part in the 2025/2026 Admission Screening Exercise that they can now check if their names appear on the Provisional Admission list of successful applicants.
Again, all aspirants are expected to note that UI admission list JAMB CAPS 2025/2026 is out.
Therefore, as an applicants you can go ahead and check your admission status. You have 4-weeks to either accept or reject your admission. So, it is expected of you to take timely action right now. The list of candidates who have been admitted has been made available online through JAMB CAPS.Â
Candidates should follow the steps outlined below to verify their admission status.

How to Check Admission Status on JAMB CAPS Online
• Go to https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/ and log in using your registered email address and password to access your dashboard.
• Click on ‘Check Admission Status.’
• Click on ‘Access my CAPS.’
• Click on ‘Admission Status’ to find out if you have been offered a place.
If you have been admitted, your response will include your photo and a message congratulating you on your admission offer. If you have not been granted admission yet, you will receive a text stating, “Sorry, No Admission has been Given Yet.”
If you have received an admission offer, you may either accept or decline it by sending ACCEPT or REJECT as an SMS to 55019 or 66019 from the phone number associated with your JAMB profile.
Candidates have a four-week window to accept their admission offers. Those who do not have their registered phone numbers should visit a JAMB accredited center to accept or decline the offer.
It is also important to note that candidates who have received admission offers are required to print their admission letters after accepting the offer, as this document will likely be needed during clearance and registration at the school where they have been accepted.
