The Nigerian Youth Academy has opened applications for NiYA Startup Pitch 2.0, a nationwide search for 100 of Nigeria’s most innovative tech startups.
The organizers explained that selected startups will receive mentorship, enterprise support, national visibility and access to a funding pool worth ₦100 million.
The initiative is powered by the Federal Ministry of Youth Development and the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), with Sapphital Ltd serving as the delivery partner. It is designed to support young tech founders building impactful, scalable solutions in Nigeria.

To qualify, applicants must be 18 to 35 years old, reside in Nigeria, have at least two co-founders, and must have completed their NiYA community profile, a NiYA training course certificate, and a pitch deck ready for submission.
Interested startups can submit their applications through niya.gov.ng/niyastartup.
