Rather than focusing only on theory, the programme emphasizes hands-on learning that equips participants with skills they can immediately apply in employment, self-employment, or business operations.
Through Phase III, participants will receive training in selected industries that continue to experience growing demand, helping them improve their income potential and career prospects.

The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) was established by the Lagos State Government to tackle unemployment, support entrepreneurship, and promote sustainable economic growth within the state.
