Eligibility
Youth RISE is seeking an experienced communications and advocacy professional with a passion for youth leadership and human rights.
Requirements
- Must be 34 years old or younger.
- Strong experience in advocacy, particularly in drug policy, public health, or human rights.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Excellent communication, writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Good understanding of United Nations systems, international advocacy, and civil society engagement.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva, Slack, and Google Drive.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- High level of professionalism, cultural competence, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be responsible for:
- Leading global communications and advocacy strategies.
- Developing policy papers, position statements, and submissions to UN bodies.
- Coordinating engagement with high-level stakeholders and partners.
- Supporting speech writing and strategic communications.
- Managing alignment of website and social media content.
- Contributing to research dissemination, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
- Supporting fundraising initiatives and organizational development activities.
