Airtel Africa Fellowship Program Eligible Universities in Nigeria
For the Airtel Africa Fellowship Program 2025, applications in Nigeria are limited to students admitted into the following seven public universities:
- University of Lagos (UNILAG)
- University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN)
- Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria (ABU)
- University of Benin (UNIBEN)
- Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU)
- University of Ilorin (UNILORIN)
- Tai Solarin University of Education (TASEUD)
Only students enrolled in these institutions are eligible. If you are not from any of the above listed institution, you are not eligible.

Eligible applicants must be studying any technology or ICT-related courses below:

- Computer Technology
- Library and Information Science
Other approved ICT or digital technology related disciplines can also apply.
Airtel Africa Fellowship Program 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Airtel Africa Fellowship Program 2026, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Must be admitted into one of the seven participating public universities
- Must be a newly admitted student (100 level student)
- Must demonstrate financial need
- Must not be receiving any other scholarship or grant for the same purpose
- Must have scored at least 230 in JAMB (UTME)
- Must have five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in one sitting
- Must possess valid JAMB result and official admission letter
Gender balance will be considered during selection.
