The AOA Constituency Office has opened applications for the Livelihood Support and Empowerment Program for residents of Ikole/Oye Federal Constituency.
This programme aims to support small business owners, artisans, youths, and women with items and tools that can help them improve their work, increase income, and become more financially stable.

Who Can Apply (Eligibility)
The programme is open to all residents of Ikole/Oye Federal Constituency. You are eligible if you are:
- A small business owner
- An artisan (e.g., tailor, hairdresser, mechanic, etc.)
- A youth or woman trying to start or grow a business
- A person with disability in need of work tools or support
- Anyone with a verifiable source of livelihood and genuine need
No personal connections or recommendations are required.
The process will be strictly fair, transparent, and inclusive.

2. Through Your Ward Councillor
Submit your request directly via your Ward Councillor.
3. Through Traditional Institutions
Applications can be submitted in the palaces across the 40 communities in the constituency.
Special attention will be given to submissions made at the Offices of the Baba Egbe Omo Ilu.
