The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI), in partnership with PowerstoveEnergy, has opened a nationwide recruitment for skilled professionals to support the production of affordable clean cooking stoves for households across Nigeria.
The recruitment follows the establishment of new stove assembly factories in several parts of the country. The initiative aims to expand local manufacturing capacity while promoting clean energy solutions that meet the cooking and energy needs of millions of Nigerians.
Powerstove-NASENI is known for producing smart, smoke-free cookstoves powered by sustainable bio-pellets made from crop residues and wood waste. These stoves not only provide clean cooking energy but can also generate electricity while in use, helping reduce carbon emissions and supporting Nigeria’s participation in global carbon credit and climate finance opportunities.
