All Nigerian students can apply, Ruth Titilayo Educational Foundation is opened for both undergraduate and polytechnic students.

Benefits
All successful applicants for Ruth Titilayo Foundation Annual Scholarship 2026 will have access to:
- Tuition allowance up to #100,000
- Maintenance allowance up to #15,000
Further allowances such as internal travel costs associated with the course of study or research and fieldwork expenses. All these additional expenses are paid at the discretion of the committee.

Eligibility Criteria for Ruth Titilayo Foundation Annual Scholarship
Applicants are required to fulfill all of the following conditions:
1. They must be residing in Nigeria.
2. They should be no older than 25 years.
3. They must be enrolled as a student at the time of application or have been registered as a student within the past three years.
4. They must have achieved a minimum GPA of 4.0 on a 5-point scale (or an equivalent GPA if the grading system differs).
NOTE: Final year students in undergraduate programs are also eligible for the Ruth Titilayo Foundation Undergraduate scholarship.
For Students from Polytechnics
Applicants are required to meet all of these conditions:
1. They must be residing in Nigeria.
2. They should be no older than 25 years.
3. They must be enrolled as a student at the time of application or have been registered as a student within the past three years.
4. They must have achieved a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 5-point scale (or an equivalent GPA if the grading system differs).
NOTE: Final year students are also eligible for the Ruth Titilayo Polytechnic Scholarship.
Selection Process
Candidates will be evaluated:
- Based on their academic performance.
- According to the information submitted in their scholarship application.
- Additionally, you will need to provide a personal statement, your current school results, and two written references from the tutors indicated in your application. Shortlisting will be based on the submission of these documents and any other pertinent information.
If you are shortlisted, you will receive an invitation for an online interview, where you will face a series of competency-based questions relevant to your current year of study.
The application period will be from October 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025. Candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted starting from November 11, 2025. This will be followed by interviews in December 2025 and scholarship awards for successful applicants.
