The Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board (CDCFIB recruitment) has issued a fresh warning to all candidates participating in its ongoing recruitment exercise, emphasizing that the entire process remains completely free and transparent.
In a statement signed by Okeh Juliet, Head of Press and Public Relations for the Board, CDCFIB reiterated its commitment to fairness, integrity, and accountability in every stage of recruitment.
The Board cautioned applicants to rely solely on its official communication channels for updates and to disregard unauthorized information circulating online.

“Applicants are strongly advised to beware of fraudsters who may attempt to exploit unsuspecting job seekers through false claims or financial demands,” the statement read. CDCFIB stressed that no applicant will be asked to pay any fee, disclose banking information, or make any financial contribution to advance in the recruitment process.
Reaffirming its mission, the Board noted that it remains steadfast in attracting the best-qualified candidates for Nigeria’s paramilitary services while protecting applicants from scams and fraudulent activities.
Candidates were urged to remain vigilant, stay informed, and promptly report any demand for payment or suspicious activity to the nearest security agency for immediate action.
