Arla Foods Nigeria has announced the commencement of applications for the 2026 Dano Milk Internship Programme, offering young Nigerian graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a structured corporate environment.

According to the company, the internship is designed to equip participants with practical knowledge, build industry-relevant competencies, and foster creativity and teamwork.

Programme Details, Benefits, and Areas of Placement
Successful applicants will receive a competitive monthly stipend and undergo intensive on-the-job training across key departments, including:
- Human Resources
- Finance
- Marketing
- Corporate Affairs
- Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QEHS)
- Supply Chain
Outstanding performers may be considered for full-time employment at the end of the programme, giving participants a pathway into long-term careers within Arla Foods and the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a Nigerian graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate digital literacy and the ability to thrive in a professional environment
