This initiative is aimed at expanding employment opportunities and strengthening the garment and fashion value chain in Enugu State by training and engaging young people in a structured, factory-based production environment.
The Enugu Garment Factory is a modern, world-class production facility designed to develop raw talent into skilled garment makers and industry-ready professionals.

The factory supports large-scale garment production while also serving as a training centre where participants gain hands-on experience, discipline, and exposure to standard industrial processes.
Enugu State SME Centre Fashion and Garment Factory
This programme provides a practical opportunity for individuals seeking employment and skill acquisition. The Enugu Fashion & Garment Hub is currently recruiting trainees and workers to support its expanding factory operations and growing production demands.
Participants will be trained directly within the factory environment, learning through daily production activities under supervision.

2. Applicants must be ready to resume immediately
3. No prior tailoring or garment-making experience is required

These positions cover both production and support roles within the garment factory.
