The Federal Government, through the Bank of Agriculture (BOA), has commenced applications for the Renewed Hope National Agricultural Mechanisation Programme (RHAMP).
FG Renewed Hope Agricultural Mechanization Programme is a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening food security and empowering a new generation of mechanisation service providers across Nigeria.
The programme is implemented in partnership with Heifer Nigeria, and RHAMP targets youth, women, and agricultural mechanisation companies seeking to expand their operations.

How to apply for the FG Renewed Hope Agricultural Mechanization Programme
According to the Special Assistant to the President on Social Media, Dada Olusegun, the application is free and currently open via the official portal at https://boanig.com.
The submission deadline is November 10, 2025.
Programme Benefits
The RHAMP initiative offers access to affordable tractors and implements, along with a three-year maintenance plan at approved service centres or through mobile workshops. Beneficiaries will enjoy:
- Flexible repayment plans linked to usage and income generation
- Technical assistance and digital monitoring supported by IoT technology
- Lease options lasting three to five years
- Competitive terms including 15% interest rate and 25% down payment
- Special concessions designed for women and youth agripreneurs (ages 18–35)

National Impact
RHAMP represents a major step in modernising Nigeria’s agricultural sector, improving productivity, and enhancing rural livelihoods through mechanised farming.
Earlier in June, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu launched the first phase of the programme, which involved the distribution of 2,000 tractors, 8,000 farming implements, 50 industrial-grade bulldozers, and 12 mobile workshops across the country.
During the launch, he reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to agricultural transformation, saying:
“Today, we take a monumental leap forward with the introduction of state-of-the-art tractors through our new agricultural mechanisation programme. We are very proud of what we are doing.”
The RHAMP initiative underscores the government’s long-term goal of building a sustainable, technology-driven agricultural future that empowers local farmers, stimulates food production, and supports Nigeria’s economic growth.
