Moniepont DreamDevs Coding Program Overview
The Moniepoint DreamDevs Programme is a hands-on, immersive training experience aimed at nurturing high-potential Nigerian graduates in software development.
Selected candidates will go through a structured bootcamp where they will learn modern development practices, work on real projects, and build solutions that power financial services across the continent.

Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Requirements)
To be eligible for the DreamDevs Programme, applicants must:
1. Be a graduate who completed school within the last one year
2. Have a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1)
3. Have a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
4. Have basic knowledge of:
- Java or JavaScript
- HTML and CSS
- Python
- Data Structures and Algorithms
- SQL (any database is acceptable)

Moniepoint DreamDevs Coding Program 2026 Selection Process
The recruitment process will take place in four stages:
Stage 1: Online Technical Test
- The top 100 applicants will be invited to take an online assessment.
- From this group, the best 50 candidates will move to the next stage.
Stage 2: Physical Test in Lagos
- The 50 shortlisted candidates will be invited to a physical test in Lagos.
- Top performers will be selected into the bootcamp.
Stage 3: Intensive Bootcamp
- Selected candidates will undergo a 9-week intensive training programme in Lagos.
- The training will include hands-on lessons, teamwork, and a final capstone project.
Final Stage: Internship Opportunity
The best-performing trainees will be offered an internship at Moniepoint.
