Who is eligible?

The scholarship targets two categories of students:

• Public secondary school students in SS2 only

General Eligibility Conditions (All Applicants) for MSFN Scholarship 2025/2026

Applicants must:

• Be a Muslim
• Be actively involved in an Islamic organization (such as MSS/MSA, mosque activities, or Islamic NGOs)
• Come from a financially disadvantaged background
• Be enrolled in a public school or public tertiary institution
• Be willing to attend a physical interview if shortlisted

Academic Requirements for Undergraduates and Public Secondary School Students (SS2 Only)

For Undergraduates (200 Level and Above)

Applicants must meet any one of the following academic standards:

• Minimum CGPA 2.0 on a 4.0 scale, or
• Minimum CGPA 3.0 on a 5.0 scale, or
• Minimum CGPA 4.2 on a 7.0 scale, or
• At least 60% average for programmes without GPA grading

Attention: Applicants must upload their first semester result.

For Public Secondary School Students (SS2 Only)

Applicants must:

• Be in SS2 in a public secondary school
• Have at least 5 credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics
