The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) has started approving applications for its free CAC Business registration business registration initiative.
Applicants who were successful in the process have started receiving confirmation emails from SMEDAN, indicating that their businesses have been officially registered. Approved beneficiaries have also been assigned CAC registration numbers.
According to the notification sent to beneficiaries, successful applicants are required to log in to their SMEDAN portal dashboards to download their business registration certificates.

The approval email is titled “SMEDAN – Congratulations! Your CAC Registration is Approved.” It informs recipients that their business registration has been completed and directs them to the SMEDAN portal to access and download their certificates.
SMEDAN has congratulated all applicants whose free CAC registrations have been approved under the programme.
