The Sokoto State Government, in partnership with the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA), is inviting qualified Sokoto indigenes to apply for the position of Community Health Workers (CHEW/JCHEW).
The exercise is strictly for eligible applicants who meet the stated requirements.
Applicants must be indigenes of Sokoto State and possess either CHEW (Diploma/Certificate) or JCHEW qualifications with a valid CHPRBN practising licence.
Candidates must also have the required documents, including educational certificates, notification of registration, current practising licence, proof of indigene, birth certificate, NIN slip, and a passport photograph.

Step-by-step application guideline for Sokoto State Community Health Workers (CHEW/JCHEW)
1. Internet access
For seamless access to the registration portal, you are expected to have access to a stable internet connection before starting your application.
2. Visit the official application to start your registration
Visit Sokoto State Community Health Workers recruitment portal and click “Start Application” to create an account using a valid email and phone number.
3. Filling the Form
Provide accurate information in all required fields and input your biodata correctly.
4. Upload Documents
Upload clear scanned copies of all required documents. Again, the required document are:
- Educational Certificates
- Notification of Registration & Current Practising Licence
- Proof of Indigene
- Birth Certificate
- NIN Slip
- Applicant’s passport photo
5. LGA/Ward Selection
In this stage, you are expected to select oyo own Local Government and Ward of Origin only.
