The Youth of Enterprise (YOE) has officially opened applications for Cohort 7 of its Internship Programme
This is an opportunity for young Nigerian graduates to gain paid and hands-on work experience across the Financial and Professional Services sector.
This programme is designed for graduates who are ready to transition from school into the workplace and begin building a sustainable career path.

About the Youth of Enterprise (YOE) Programme
The Youth of Enterprise Internship Programme was launched in 2022 by EnterpriseNGR as a response to rising youth unemployment and underemployment in Nigeria.
The initiative focuses on equipping young graduates with real workplace exposure through structured internship placements in reputable organisations, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and experience required in today’s labour market.
Purpose of the Programme
The YOE Internship Programme aims to:
- Prepare young Nigerians for the realities of the professional workplace
- Provide meaningful, paid internship opportunities
- Strengthen employability and career readiness
- Create access to mentorship, networks, and long-term career pathways
- Build a pipeline of skilled talent for Nigeria’s workforce

Who Can Apply (Eligibility)
To be eligible for the YOE Internship Programme, applicants must:
1. Be Nigerian graduates aged 18 to 26 years
2. Currently reside in Nigeria
3. Hold a minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) degree
4. Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
5. Be willing to commit to a structured internship programme
