Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of BSc, BEng, or B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities
The Technical Traineeship mainly consists of a practical, self-directed program where the Trainee is anticipated to:
- Thoroughly comprehend the theory, principles, and functioning of Utilities equipment throughout the Brewery.
- Engage in projects within Utilities that correspond to the program’s criteria and the brewery’s priorities.
- Implement VPO principles.
- Identify systemic and situational issues and perform troubleshooting.
