The Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board (EKSUBEB) has commenced the recruitment of qualified teachers into public primary and basic schools across the state.
The exercise is open to eligible NCE and Education degree holders who are willing to serve in rural communities where teachers are needed.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must satisfy the requirements below to be considered for the recruitment exercise.
- Possess a Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE).
- Or hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related education qualification.
- Be willing to serve in rural areas across Ekiti State.
NOTE: Applicants who are not willing to accept postings to rural communities should not apply, as successful candidates will not be posted to Ado or Ikere Local Government Education Authorities.
Recruitment Process
Applicants should take note of the recruitment timeline and examination requirements.
- Online application opens: 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, 4th August, 2026
- Online application closes: 12:00 Noon, Monday, 11th August, 2026
- Recruitment examination: Friday, 14th August – Saturday, 15th August, 2026
Applicants are required to print their completed application form after submission, as it will serve as their examination slip for the recruitment test.
