Eligibility Criteria for the UNILAG Microfinance Bank Graduate Trainee Program
We are looking for outstanding, innovative graduates who fulfill the following requirements:
- A recent graduate holding at least a Second-Class Lower (2:2) degree from an accredited tertiary institution.
- Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Strong capabilities in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
