The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has officially released the timetable for the 2025 Batch ‘B’ Stream II Orientation Course.
According to a circular signed by Nura Umar, Director (PRS) for the Director-General, the programme will hold simultaneously across all 36 States and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
This announcement is a major update for all prospective corps members (PCMs) who have been eagerly waiting for the official orientation camp dates.

Orientation Camp Schedule for 2025 Batch B Stream II
Here are the important dates every PCM should take note of:

| Commencement of Orientation Camp | Wednesday, 24th September 2025 Kwara State: Tuesday, 30th September 2025 |
| Registration of Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) | Wednesday, 24th September 2025 – Friday, 26th September 2025 |
| Registration Cut-Off Date | Midnight, Friday 26th September 2025 |
| Swearing-In Ceremony | Friday, 26th September 2025 |
| Closing of Orientation Camp | Tuesday, 14th October 2025 |
Any PCM who fails to register before the deadline will not be allowed to participate in the orientation course. Such a person will face “Camp-Cut Officers” and might be ask to go back home.
Once you leave camp on Tuesday, 14th October 2025, you are expected to report to your Primary Place of Assignment (PPA) and Local Government Area for documentation.

What This Means for 2025 Batch B Stream II PCMs
1. Early arrival
PCMs are strongly advised to report to their allocated orientation camps on time, preferably on the first or second day of registration, to avoid being turned back.
Most importantly, all PCMs are encouraged not to move at night.
2. Compulsory Registration
Registration at camp is mandatory. Missing the registration window means automatic disqualification from that batch.
3. Swearing-In Ceremony
This marks the official start of your NYSC service year.
All PCMs must be present for the swearing-in, as it signifies acceptance into national service.

4. Camp Closing
The camp will officially end on 14th October 2025, after which corps members will be deployed to their various Places of Primary Assignment (PPAs).
