The Lagos State Government, with the approval of Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, has announced the commencement of recruitment for qualified health professionals into the Lagos State Primary Health Care Board (LSPHCB).
The official application portal is now open for individuals who are passionate about contributing to quality healthcare delivery at the primary level, in line with the State’s THEMES Plus Agenda.
According to the announcement signed by Dr. Ibrahim A. Mustafa, mni, the Permanent Secretary of LSPHCB, the recruitment exercise is open to candidates across various health disciplines.

Available Positions
The positions available include Medical Officers, Nurses/Midwives, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Community Health Officers, Community Health Extension Workers, Medical Laboratory Scientists, Medical Laboratory Technicians, Environmental Health Officers, Environmental Health Technologists, Environmental Health Technicians, Health Information Management Officers, Health Information Management Technicians, as well as Health Education and Health Promotion Officers.

The portal opened on 1st October 2025 and will close on 14th October 2025. Applicants are strongly advised to apply early and ensure that all details provided are accurate.

The Lagos State Primary Health Care Board emphasized that the recruitment process is completely free, and no individual or group has been authorized to collect money on behalf of the Board.
Upon successful submission of the application form, an exam slip will be automatically generated and sent to the applicant’s registered email address. Candidates are required to print the exam slip as it will be needed for subsequent stages of the recruitment process.
