Lafarge Africa Plc is inviting qualified Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders to apply for its 18-month multi-skilled vocational training programme. The training is designed to help young Nigerians gain practical technical skills that can make them employable or self-employed.
The programme covers key technical areas such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation, Welding and Fabrication Technology, as well as Cement Production, Process, and Quality Control.

Lafarge Africa Plc 18-month multi-skilled vocational training programme
Successful applicants will receive free training, enjoy hands-on practical sessions, and get a token allowance to support basic expenses during the programme.
At the end of the training, participants will be awarded a Lafarge Internal Certificate.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants:
1. Must have completed an OND from a recognized institution
2. Possess at least five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and one other relevant subject. These credits must be obtained in no more than two sittings.

Training Locations
The training will take place at the following Lafarge facilities:
- Ewekoro, Ogun State
- Mfamosing, Cross River State
- Ashaka, Gombe State
