Keystone Bank has partnered with CoralWorker to roll out the 2025 Coral Worker Free Training, a nationwide programme created to help domestic workers, home-care providers, childcare assistants and hospitality staff improve their skills and career opportunities.

The organisers explained that the training is designed to boost job performance, strengthen professional development and introduce workers to government tools that support long-term financial and career growth.

CoralWorker noted that the facilitators are seasoned industry experts with decades of experience. Participants will be trained on core job functions, essential soft skills and government resources that can help them secure better employment outcomes.

Workers in hospitality, childcare, food service, nanny services, cleaning and domestic care are encouraged to participate, especially those who want to increase their earnings, job security and access to financial services.
