About NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Program
The NOVA Bank Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year, intensive training experience designed to develop young professionals through classroom learning, practical assignments, and direct mentorship from top executives. Trainees will work on real projects, explore NOVA’s customer-focused digital solutions, and gain in-depth exposure to the bank’s innovative strategies.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrate strong passion and ambition for sales
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Graduate with at least a Second Class Lower (2:2)
- Have completed NYSC
- Be 28 years old or younger
