The Kogi Enterprise Development Agency (KEDA), in partnership with Jaiz Bank, has launched a new financial support programme designed to expand access to affordable funding for entrepreneurs across Kogi State.
The initiative targets both registered and unregistered businesses, helping them access capital at far lower rates than commercial banks.
The loan scheme aims to stimulate business growth by providing entrepreneurs with access to credit at competitive interest rates of 15–17% per annum, making it easier for business owners to sustain or expand their operations.
The facility is structured to remove traditional barriers to business financing, allowing more SMEs to benefit from accessible, low-cost funding.
