She Code Africa Mentorship Program Cycle 3 is now open and is currently receiving application from Africa Women.
It is a structured three-week virtual learning journey created to support African women who are just embarking on their tech journey or advancing in their existing tech careers.
The program provides personalised mentorship, hands-on learning, and a strong community designed to build confidence and accelerate professional growth.
She Code Africa Mentorship Program Cycle 3 Benefits
1. Tailored Mentor Matching
Participants are paired with experienced industry mentors who provide practical guidance, skill-specific support, and accountability throughout the program.

2. Free training for four high-demand tech tracks
The four high-demand tech skills includes: Data Analysis, Frontend Development, UI/UX Design, and Product Management.
Regardless of your entry level, the tracks offer structured guidance suitable for beginners, intermediate learners, and career switchers.
3. Three-Week Virtual Intensive
The three-week virtual program will be intensive and it comprises a mandatory sessions every Wednesday & Thursday, 5–6 pm WAT.
It also include goal-setting, progress reviews, and hands-on assignments session.
There will also be an opportunity of learning within a small and supportive peer cohort.
4. Career & Personal Development
Participants will be able gain clarity on career direction, improved technical and soft skills, access to opportunities in the digital ecosystem, and ractical roadmaps for long-term tech growth.

5. Supportive Community
Mentees join a vibrant network of African women in tech, gaining peer accountability, exposure, and continuous encouragement.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Identify as female
- Be passionate about learning or advancing a tech skill
- Commit to attending all mandatory sessions
- Have access to stable internet and a learning device
