Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program Overview
The Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program combines on-the-job learning, formal leadership training, and close mentorship from senior leaders at Coca-Cola HBC.
Trainees are placed in real business environments where they work on complex strategic projects that strengthen their problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
The programme focuses on building future leaders within key business functions, especially Commercial and Supply Chain. Participants will also be expose to diverse markets, cultures, and operational systems across the global Coca-Cola network.

Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Coca-Cola International Leadership Trainee Program 2026, applicants must:
- Hold a university degree or be able to commit full-time while studying
- Have up to three years of formal work experience after graduation
- Demonstrate early leadership experience (through work, student leadership, NGOs, sports, entrepreneurship, or similar activities)
- Show strong interest in leadership development within Commercial or Supply Chain functions
- Have clear career and leadership ambitions supported by relevant trainings, seminars, or workshops
- Be fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be willing to relocate internationally if required

- Prior experience living in more than one country
