The Nestlé Nigeria SIWES/IT Programme will place selected students in a professional work setting, providing them with hands-on experience. This opportunity will also help them apply classroom knowledge to real industry operations.
Participants will be exposed to Nestlé’s work processes across different departments through structured supervision, thereby helping them understand how academic concepts function in a practical environment.
In a nutshell, the Nestlé Nigeria SIWES/IT program focuses on strengthening students’ technical abilities, workplace confidence, and professional conduct, preparing them for smoother transitions into full-time careers after graduation.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants seeking placement in the Nestlé Nigeria SIWES / IT Programme 2026 must meet the following conditions:
1. Must be a Nigerian student enrolled in a recognised tertiary institution
2. Must be studying a course that mandates SIWES or Industrial Training
3. Must possess a valid SIWES / IT placement letter issued by their institution
4. Must be available throughout the full duration of the training period
5. Must satisfy Nestlé Nigeria’s academic and suitability standards
Selection Process
Nestlé Nigeria has outlined a multi-stage selection process, which includes:
- Submission of official SIWES / IT application letters
- Participation in an online aptitude assessment
- Shortlisting based on the required cut-off score
- Evaluation of course relevance and candidate suitability
- Pre-placement medical screening
- Notification of successful applicants for final placement
Only candidates who complete and pass all stages of the process will be considered for engagement.
