Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) Group has officially opened applications for its Future Leader Accelerator Program (FLAP) 2026.
It is a prestigious 15-month graduate development programme designed to groom high-potential young Nigerian graduates into future business leaders.

The programme will be hosted strictly in Lagos, Nigeria, and is aimed at building fulfilling careers while driving lasting impact across FMN’s multi-industry business operations.
According to FMN, the FLAP initiative is for graduates who are ready to move from high potential to higher impact, by gaining deep business exposure, structured learning, and executive mentorship in one of Nigeria’s largest and most diversified companies.
Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) Future Leader Accelerator Program (FLAP) 2026 Overview
The Future Leader Accelerator Programme is a 15-month intensive graduate development programme that offers:
- Executive mentorship
- Capstone projects
- Intensive structured learning
- Real business exposure across multi-industry operations
Participants will be trained, mentored, and exposed to critical business functions across the FMN Group, helping them build strong leadership, technical, and managerial skills.

Who Can Apply? (Entry Requirements)
To be eligible for the Flour Mills of Nigeria (FMN) Future Leader Accelerator Programme (FLAP) 2026, applicants must meet all the following requirements:
1. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (minimum of Second Class Upper) OR an HND (minimum of Upper Credit)
2. Must have completed NYSC as at December 2025
3. Must be not more than 27 years old
4. Must be a high-potential graduate ready for leadership and business impact
