Umza Air Cabin Crew Recruitmen Role Overview
Selected cabin crew members will play a critical role in:
- Maintaining high safety standards in line with aviation regulations
- Delivering professional in-flight customer service
- Supporting teamwork within a multi-crew operating environment

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
1. Possession of a valid NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
2. A current NCAA Cabin Crew Licence, issued in accordance with NCAA regulations
3. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and ethical conduct
4. Demonstrated ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
