First City Monument Bank (FCMB) has announced ongoing FCMB recruitment for qualified candidates to join its workforce as Direct Sales Agents.

The Direct Sales Agent role is focused on customer acquisition and account growth. Successful candidates will play a key role in promoting the bank’s products, expanding its customer base, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:
- Acquire new customers for the bank
- Open and fund customer accounts
- Promote banking products and services
- Meet assigned sales and performance targets

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must possess any of the following qualifications:
- OND
- NCE
- HND
- B.Sc
Minimum academic requirements include:
1. Lower Credit for OND or HND holders
2. Third Class for Bachelor’s degree holders
3. Previous experience in sales or financial services is an added advantage but not compulsory.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package is competitive and performance-based. Successful candidates will receive commission on sales and additional performance incentives.
