The Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo (FCES Oyo), has announced internal and external vacancies for qualified candidates across Academic, Non-Teaching, and Junior Staff positions.
The recruitment covers various schools, departments, and administrative units within the College.

Academic Staff Requirements
Candidates applying for teaching positions must possess relevant academic qualifications ranging from Bachelor’s degree to Doctorate degree depending on the cadre (Assistant Lecturer to Chief Lecturer). Applicants must:
- Possess a minimum of Second Class Lower Division for Lecturer cadre
- Have a recognized teaching qualification
- Provide evidence of registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN)
- Present NYSC Certificate, Exemption, or Exclusion as applicable
- Be ICT proficient
- Hold acceptable academic Master’s degrees in core teaching subjects
Finally, applicants applying for teaching position must have experience requirements vary by rank, ranging from three to fifteen years of teaching and research experience in higher institutions, along with scholarly publications where applicable.

Non-Teaching and Junior Staff Requirements
Non-teaching positions require relevant degrees, HND, ND, or professional certifications depending on the role. Many roles require NYSC Certificate, Exemption, or Exclusion, as well as specified years of cognate experience.
Junior Staff positions require qualifications ranging from Primary School Leaving Certificate to National Diploma or trade certifications, depending on the specific post.
