Easybuy has announced plans to recruit about 10,000 business developers across Nigeria in 2026 through its newly launched Sales Talent Program.
The initiative aims to expand the company’s nationwide financing network while creating income opportunities for thousands of Nigerians.
The programme is designed to enable participants earn a structured base salary and performance-based commissions by promoting Easybuy’s popular “Pay Small Small” financing model, which allows customers to purchase smartphones and home appliances through flexible instalment payments.

Easybuy operates in several African markets including Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Senegal, and Tanzania, and has become one of the continent’s leading Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers. Through this programme, the company plans to grow its sales network while equipping individuals with the tools and training needed to build sustainable income streams.
