Key Responsibilities
Administrative Associate
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing office files, records, and documentation.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Supporting internal communication and official correspondence.
- Assisting with report preparation and data entry.
- Maintaining office supplies and coordinating office logistics.
Delivery Rider
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver items safely and promptly.
- Use smartphones and navigation applications to complete deliveries.
- Follow assigned delivery routes efficiently while ensuring timely service.
Eligibility Requirements
Administrative Associate
Applicants should possess:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
