The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing human resources and administrative operations.
- Managing recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition processes.
- Driving employee performance management initiatives.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Managing HR records and documentation.
- Administering compensation and other employee-related programmes.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, or a related field.
- A professional HR certification or an MBA in Human Resources (added advantage).
- Between 4 and 6 years of relevant human resources experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience leading an HR function.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
