Applications are now open for the TTS Nigeria Programme, an employment initiative connecting eligible women in Lagos State with immediate job opportunities through one of its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partners.
The programme is designed to empower women by providing employment, workplace readiness training, and placement support. Successful applicants will undergo an assessment and training process before being considered for immediate job placement.

Who Can Apply?
The programme is open to:
- Women aged 18–35 years residing in Lagos State.
- Internally displaced women.
- Women living with disabilities.
- Young mothers and caregivers.

Recruitment Process
Successful applicants will go through the following stages:

- Take the required online assessment immediately after submitting the application.
- Participate in training covering safeguarding, contract literacy, and role-specific soft skills if shortlisted.
- Be considered for placement with the programme’s BPO partner upon successful completion of the process.
