As an Admin Manager, you will oversee office operations, coordinate support services, manage security and fleet activities, and help ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment across OPay’s operations.

Key Responsibilities
This role offers the opportunity to lead critical administrative functions that support business operations and organizational growth.
- Oversee daily administrative operations across company offices.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and operational procedures.
- Manage corporate security operations and coordinate security personnel and vendors.
- Handle security incidents, investigations, emergencies, and crisis management.
- Liaise with government agencies, including the Nigeria Immigration Service and Nigeria Police Force.
- Coordinate immigration processes for expatriates, including visas and residence permits.
- Supervise office facilities to ensure a safe and productive workplace.
- Manage company fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, licensing, insurance, and vendor coordination.
- Supervise drivers, cleaners, office assistants, dispatch riders, and other support staff.
- Manage administrative procurement and monitor outsourced service providers.
- Prepare administrative budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and regulatory standards.

View all- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in administration, facilities management, corporate security, or office management.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
- Proven experience managing fleet operations and transportation logistics.
- Experience supervising support staff and administrative teams.
- Strong background in security incident management and crisis response.
- Experience working with government and regulatory agencies, especially the Nigeria Immigration Service and Nigeria Police Force.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualification
Experience working in a fintech, financial services, or multinational organization will be an added advantage.
