1. Sales Manager
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and supervising Sales Agents
- Developing sales strategies for assigned territories
- Monitoring sales and portfolio performance
- Recruiting and onboarding Sales Agents
- Conducting field visits and coaching sessions
- Analysing sales data and addressing performance gaps
- Maintaining relationships with customers, merchants and community stakeholders
- Working with Operations, Risk, Credit, Compliance and HR teams

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant sales, fintech, banking, microfinance or business development experience
- Previous team supervision experience is an advantage
- Proven ability to meet sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM systems, Excel or reporting dashboards is an advantage
2. Field Sales Agent
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and acquiring prospective customers
- Promoting OPay financial products
- Generating sales leads
- Supporting customer onboarding and loan applications
- Building customer relationships
- Conducting direct field sales activities
- Working towards assigned sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum of OND in a relevant field
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience is preferred
- Experience in fintech, banking, microfinance, lending or financial services is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work towards sales targets
- Comfortable working in the field
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, digital platforms, Microsoft Office and CRM applications

3. Field Sales Verification Officer
This role involves visiting customers’ businesses, homes and guarantors to verify information provided during loan applications.
Requirements include:
- OND or HND
- Basic numerical ability
- Experience in field verification, credit appraisal or risk assessment is preferred
- Candidates without previous experience may also apply if willing to learn
- Strong observation, analytical and investigative skills
- Ability to use digital cameras and basic reporting tools
- Honesty, discretion and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
