Available Positions
1. Marketing Personnel
The Marketing Personnel role focuses on field marketing, outreach, and relationship management within farming communities and agricultural markets.
Successful candidates will help promote the company’s products and services while gathering valuable market feedback.
Key Responsibilities
Applicants selected for this role will:
- Carry out field marketing and outreach activities
- Build strong relationships with farmers and stakeholders
- Promote the company’s agricultural products and services
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
Requirements
Interested applicants must possess:
- Minimum of SSCE certificate
- Access to or ownership of a motorcycle
- Willingness to travel locally for field assignments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to network and engage with local communities
Applicants must reside in:
1. Kano State
2. Kaduna State
3. Niger State
Salary Package
Selected candidates will receive:
- ₦50,000 Basic Salary
- ₦30,000 Logistics Allowance
Total Monthly Salary: ₦80,000
2. Agronomist
The Agronomist role is designed for qualified agricultural professionals who can provide technical support, farmer training, and agronomic advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will:
- Provide technical agricultural support
- Monitor crop performance and recommend best practices
- Support field trials and agricultural research
- Conduct farmer training and advisory sessions
- Ensure proper implementation of agricultural solutions
Requirements
Applicants must possess:
1. B.Sc, HND, or MSc in:
- Agronomy
- Agriculture
2. Related agricultural fields
3. Previous experience in a similar role
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work effectively in field conditions

- ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 monthly salary
- Free accommodation
