About the Role
The Flight Dispatcher position involves managing flight operations from planning to execution.
Successful candidates will work closely with pilots, maintenance teams, and airport units to ensure every flight operates safely and efficiently under regulatory standards.
This is a 24/7 operational role that requires precision, quick decision-making, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
This role focuses on operational control, safety, and efficiency across all flights. Core duties include:
1. Developing and monitoring operational and ATS flight plans
2. Conducting weather analysis and optimizing routing and fuel efficiency
3. Maintaining continuous flight watch and tracking flight progress
4. Coordinating with pilots, ATC, and ground operations teams
5. Managing delays, diversions, and emergency situations
6. Ensuring compliance with NCAA and ICAO regulations
7. Supporting overall operational safety and performance

Requirements and Qualifications
Air Peace is seeking experienced and licensed professionals with strong technical expertise. To qualify, applicants must have:
- B.Sc / HND or equivalent qualification
- Valid NCAA Flight Dispatcher License
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed Flight Dispatcher
- Strong knowledge of weather analysis and flight planning systems
- Understanding of NCAA regulations and ICAO standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aviation software tools
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24/7 environment
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary structure reflecting the technical nature of the job and level of responsibility involved:
Salary Range: ₦365,000 – ₦900,000 per month

Lagos, Abuja, Gombe, Ibadan, Owerri, Enugu, Benin, Asaba, Port Harcourt, Yola, Anambra, Osubi, Maiduguri, Ilorin, Akure, Akwa Ibom, and Kaduna.
